Tour Overview
This day tour takes you to one of Wadi Rum's most famous sites: the Burdah Bridge. This natural rock arch is the largest and most impressive rock arch found in our Protected Area. We will climb to the top and admire the stunning views in all directions. After coming back down we will enjoy a traditional Bedouin lunch together. If you can't manage to spend the night, we will bring you back to the village with plenty of time to reach your next destination.

Tour Programme
When you reach Wadi Rum you will arrive at the Wadi Rum Visitor Centre, the gateway to the Wadi Rum Protected Area. Here is where you will pay the entrance fees or enter with the Jordan Pass. After the Visitor Centre, you will continue onward for about 6km to the Wadi Rum Village until you reach the Wadi Rum Rest House. Here I will greet you and lead you inside for a short rest and a cup of delicious Bedouin tea. With a map, I will chat with you about the day's plans. Once the tea is finished, we will set off into the desert.
To start the tour, we will drive by jeep from the Wadi Rum Village to Burdah Bridge which takes about 30 minutes. We start with an easy scramble up to the Bridge on Jebel Burdah. From the bridge there are some magnificent views. Going up and down again will take about 3.5 hours. After the climb, we will find some shade to rest and have lunch. Following lunch, we will drive back to Rum Village.
